Sin City - Frank Miller

Just found a bunch of Sin City comics. To the noobs out there, Sin City is a comic series by Frank Miller. It was recently turned into a movie. The movie has mainly 'The hard goodbye' and 'That yellow bastard' from the series adapted into a visually stunning piece of work. The entire movie is mostly in Black n White - mainly to preserve the comic roots.
I am halfway thru 'A hard Goodbye'. Although Mickey Rourke as 'Marv' is unforgettably/undeniably brilliant once you have watched the movie, the real Marv doesn't look that good but he just oozes attitude out from the pages and his humour is wicked. Marv is like 'a meaner/darker' Duke Nukem in the flesh - enjoys 'going to work on someone' more than anything.
The artwork is astounding - 2 shades just seem to be more than enough for Frank to virtually explode out from the pages. The characters are all dark with varying shades of black. Everyone has their own skeletons!
All in all, a must read for comic book aficionados like 'Me'.
